F3M reinforced its commitment to high specialization in niche markets where it operates , and is structured in business units , also deploying a branch in the Portuguese capital . F3M is no longer an exclusively software –factory, and assumes a position has a company specializing in solutions for ICTE sector of the Social Economy , optics, and Textile Business, in a global market and not just national .

F3M achieved the Quality Certification under the design , development and marketing of software solutions and components and in the marketing and servicing of information technology and assembly of PCs . It was also recognized by IAPMEI as SME Leader, becoming a member of the small group of companies ,by its performance, qualities and risk profile , are considered as an engine of national economy in different sectors.

F3M reached Certification in System Research , Development and Innovation ; joined the COTEC SME Network , thus assuming the status of SME innovative and joined the Ranking of the 100 Best Companies to Work For - Exame magazine .

F3M continues to integrate Ranking of the 100 Best Companies to Work For - Exame magazine. It also has the status of Gold Partner in the following areas: Technology Servers, Storage, Networking, Services and Imaging and Printing. Following Certifications with HP, there are the certifications that support partnerships with Microsoft, VMWare, Veeam, Watchguard and DataCore, among others.

F3M launches the F3M Training Center, a training unit responsible for a vast offer that includes dozens of training programs for corporations and social welfare entities. The status of training entity certified by DGERT (Direcção-Geral do Emprego e das Relações do Trabalho) and of equivalent training entity by OTOC (Ordem dos Técnicos Oficiais de Contas) have greatly contributed to its recognition.

F3M has successfully completed the transition to the new 9001: 2015 Quality Management System framework. F3M also began the implementation of the Service Management System, achieving ISO 20000-1: 2018 Certification, being the first company in Portugal to obtain this certification by APCER.

Within the scope of Management and Innovation Systems, in 2020 F3M extended the scope of the 9001 certification to the Training Centre's professional training and consulting activities.
In 2021, it integrated its 3 systems: 9001, 4457 and 20000-1, consolidating and optimizing the company's various processes.

F3M implemented a series of controls with a view to certification in Cybersecurity.
F3M was also distinguished with the COTEC 2022 Innovative Statute, a seal of reputation created by COTEC that highlights national companies with high performance in innovation.
